Credits and AI photos
What is a credit?
A credit is one AI-edited photo you keep, such as a virtually staged, twilight, Blue sky or decluttered photo.What counts as a credit?

How much does Trulisted cost?
Your first listing is free. After that, One Listing is CA$34 / US$25 once, Starter is CA$23 / US$17 a month and Pro is CA$42 / US$31 a month, plus tax.Is Trulisted free to try?

Teams and brokerages
Does Trulisted have a plan for teams and brokerages?
Yes. Teams and brokerages can get the Group plan: CA$37 (US$27) a month per agent, plus tax.Who pays on the Group plan?
Each agent pays for their own account. The brokerage and the team lead don't pay for their agents, and they don't earn any fee, referral fee or credits from them.How do I join my brokerage's Group plan?
Open the Group's joining link that your team lead or managing broker sends you, then create an account or sign in.What can my brokerage see about my work?
Your Group's managers see only what they need to run the plan: your name, your email, how many new listings you made and how many credits you used.
Account, data and privacy
Who owns my photos and listing content?
You do. You keep ownership of everything you upload and the outputs Trulisted makes from it.Where is my data stored?
Your account, listings and files are stored in Canada; AI processing happens in the US, and cinematic video in Singapore.How do I delete a listing or my account?
