Does Trulisted give refunds?

Sometimes. Yearly plans and unused One Listing purchases can be refunded within set times, and monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

• ✓Monthly plans: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the month. No refunds for part of a month.
• ✓Yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment, if you've used no more than one listing. Forgot to cancel a renewal? Contact us within 7 days of it, and we'll refund it if you haven't used the new year's allowance.
• ✓One Listing: an unused purchase can be refunded within 30 days. Once you start a kit, it's used.

If a result fails because of a problem on our side, we'll run it again or restore the allowance. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
