MLS®-ready photos from a phone or a pro camera
Enhancement runs on every photo in the listing, at no extra cost and without changing what's in the picture.
Brighter rooms
Dark interiors are lifted toward a bright, airy look without blowing out the windows.
True whites
Yellow or blue casts from indoor lights are corrected, so white walls and cabinets look white.
Crisp detail
Gentle local contrast and sharpening, tuned for listing photos rather than dramatic HDR.
Straightened and MLS®-sized
Photos are turned upright, straightened when their vertical lines clearly lean, and sized for MLS® uploads. Straightening is free and needs no label.
Your originals are safe
Every upload is stored unchanged with a SHA-256 fingerprint, so you can show what it looked like.
Side-by-side review
Compare each enhanced photo with its original before you download anything.
Declutter & furniture removal
Empty a furnished room, clear the clutter, or remove specific items like a car or a bin. Labelled as altered, original linked, and held back if the review finds a permanent change.
TV screens switched off
Show TV and computer screens switched off instead of whatever was playing. Labelled “Virtually decluttered”; 1 credit on its own, or nothing extra alongside other items.
Blue sky
Swap a grey sky for a blue one. Only the sky changes, it's labelled “Virtual sky” and it uses 1 credit. The review holds back any change to the house, lawn, trees or power lines.
Virtual renovation
New paint, floors, cabinets or counters shown beside the current photo, labelled “Renovation concept, not current condition”. 2 credits, and kept out of your MLS® photos, flyer, videos and posts.
Day-to-dusk exteriors, clearly labelled
A twilight photo makes a striking first image for the MLS® and social media. Because it changes the scene, Trulisted:
- Is reviewed so the house, roof, landscaping, driveway and neighbours stay the same
- Burns in a “Virtual twilight” label with the originals link
- Puts the daytime original on your public Original Photos page
- Counts it as one credit in your plan (up to 3 per run)
- Can be animated in a cinematic scene, labelled “Virtual twilight · AI-animated”

Photo editing questions
What does AI real estate photo editing do?
It brightens dark rooms, corrects colour casts from indoor lighting, restores white walls and cabinets, adds gentle contrast and sharpening, straightens leaning vertical lines, and resizes photos for the MLS®. These edits don't change what's in the photo, so they don't need a disclosure label.
What is virtual twilight?
Virtual twilight (day-to-dusk) turns a daytime exterior photo into an evening shot with a blue-hour sky and warm light in the windows. Because it changes the scene, Trulisted labels it “Virtual twilight” and links the original daytime photo.
Which photo edits need a disclosure?
Lighting, colour, straightening and cropping usually don't. Adding, removing or changing anything in the photo does: virtual staging, twilight, sky replacement, or removing objects. Removing things a buyer would want to know about, like power lines or damage, isn't acceptable even with a label. Our guide to honest AI photo edits explains where the line is. Rules vary, so check your board's rules too; this isn't legal advice.
What is Blue sky?
Blue sky replaces a grey or washed-out sky with a blue one and leaves everything else as it was. Because it changes the scene, it's labelled “Virtual sky” and the original is linked. It uses 1 credit, and the review holds back any result where the house, lawn, trees or power lines changed.
Can AI remove furniture or clutter from listing photos?
Yes. Choose “Everything movable” to empty a room, or “Clutter only” to keep the furniture and remove small loose items. It's labelled “Virtually decluttered”, the original is published, and an AI reviewer holds back any result where walls, floors, cabinets, fixtures or damage changed.
How much does real estate photo editing cost?
Trulisted enhances and straightens every photo in a listing at no extra cost. Twilight, Blue sky, declutter and staging use 1 credit each from your plan; a full transformation or a renovation concept uses 2.
Will the edited photos work for the MLS®?
Photos are delivered as high-quality JPEGs sized for MLS® uploads, with no branding overlays on enhanced photos. Altered photos carry the disclosure label; check whether your MLS® board has its own label field or photo order rules as well.
