We want you to be happy with Trulisted. This policy explains when we give refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
Every new account gets one free listing (one per team), so you can see the photos, copy and documents Trulisted makes before you buy anything.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't give refunds for part of a month, or for allowances you didn't use, unless the law requires it.
Yearly plans
- If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of your first yearly payment. If you've used no more than one listing in that time, we'll refund the full amount.
- After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the year you've paid for, but we don't refund the rest of the year.
- Renewals: we email you before a yearly plan renews. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it if you haven't used the new year's allowance.
One Listing purchases
- An unused One Listing purchase can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- Once you've started a kit for that listing, it's used and can't be refunded.
If something goes wrong
If a result fails, or isn't usable because of a problem on our side (for example, a staged photo held by our honesty check, or an error while generating), we'll run it again or restore the allowance. Contact us and tell us which listing it was. Results held back for honesty problems are never charged.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Taxes charged are refunded with the payment.
Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
