Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We don't refund part of a month, or allowances you didn't use, unless the law requires it. If you had an agent website, it pauses when your paid plan ends, and your own domain, if you connected one, is disconnected until you subscribe again.

You can also change plans from Billing. An upgrade, like Starter to Pro, starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. With a downgrade, the unused difference comes off your next bill.

Cancelling a plan doesn't close your account. To close it, contact us.
