Yes. Teams and brokerages can get the Group plan: CA$37 (US$27) a month per agent, plus tax. A team needs 2 or more agents, and a brokerage needs 5 or more.
- Every agent keeps their own Trulisted account and pays for it themselves. It's monthly only, and they can cancel any time.
- Each agent gets unlimited listings (fair use, up to 100 new a month), 20 credits a month and the Pro tools: quick CMAs, listing presentations, market updates and campaigns.
- Each agent gets an agent website and can use your team or brokerage brand. A manager can add a team page that links to them.
- Managers see each agent's name, email, new listings and credits used, never their leads, clients or messages.
To start, the team lead or managing broker presses “Submit request” on the pricing page. We call you, set up your Group and email you its joining link. There's no setup fee.
