Open the Group's joining link that your team lead or managing broker sends you, then create an account or sign in. You pay for your own account: CA$37 (US$27) a month, plus tax, less your Group's discount. You can cancel any time.
The discount is automatic: the more agents in your Group pay the Group price, the less each one pays. Today there's no discount up to 4 paying agents, 5% at 5 to 15, 10% at 16 to 30 and 15% at 31 or more. We count once a month. A bigger discount starts with your next payment; a smaller one only after 2 monthly checks below a level and 30 days' notice.
If you already have a Trulisted account:
- On a monthly or yearly Starter or Pro plan, you keep it until the current period ends, then move to the Group price.
- On the free listing or One Listing, you can start the Group price right away.
Your account, listings and data stay yours.
