Each agent pays for their own account. The brokerage and the team lead don't pay for their agents, and they don't earn any fee, referral fee or credits from them.
- Every agent joins from the Group's joining link and pays CA$37 (US$27) a month, plus tax.
- It's monthly only, with no setup fee, and agents can cancel any time.
- The more agents in the Group pay the Group price, the bigger everyone's discount. It's automatic, with no code. Today there's no discount up to 4 paying agents, 5% at 5 to 15, 10% at 16 to 30 and 15% at 31 or more. The current levels are always on the Group request page.
