COMPLIANCE AND DISCLOSURE

Do Trulisted emails follow CASL and CAN-SPAM?

It's built to help you follow both. Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act expect a commercial email to say who it's from, give a mailing address and offer a working way to unsubscribe. The just-listed email names you and your brokerage, prints your brokerage mailing address from your brand kit, says why the reader is getting it, and leaves an unsubscribe placeholder.

Trulisted doesn't send the email for you. You paste the ready-made HTML into Mailchimp, Constant Contact or your CRM, which fills in the working unsubscribe link when you send.

CASL also needs consent, so only email people who agreed to hear from you. Leads from your listing website show whether they agreed to marketing, so you can check before you add them to a list.

This is a summary, not legal advice.
