Yes. Every listing kit includes a print-ready PDF flyer in Letter or A4 size. It's laid out for you from your listing: photos, price, key facts, your name and contact details, your logos and your full brokerage name. There's no template to fill in. A checked floor plan goes on page 2.
The flyer has a QR code. Once your listing website is published, the code opens it, and the page shows the original photos next to any edited ones. Before that, a flyer with a staged or altered photo links to your Original Photos page, as California's AB 723 requires. Otherwise it links to your website.
The kit also includes a just-listed email made from the same listing, ready to paste into your email tool.
On the free first listing, the flyer's main photo carries a faint trulisted.com mark.
