Trulisted checks your listing copy for phrases that describe the buyer you imagine rather than the home, such as “perfect for young families” or “walking distance to church”.
The base rules cover the groups the US Fair Housing Act protects (race, colour, religion, sex, disability, family status and national origin) and the grounds in provincial human-rights codes, plus guarantees and superlatives. Some provinces and states also protect age, so wording about age is checked too. The BC, Alberta, Ontario and California rule packs, still in review, add their own rules.
Each flagged phrase comes with a suggested rewrite you can apply in one click. If you keep a phrase, you record a reason, which is logged for your broker. A kit can't be downloaded while wording flags are unresolved.
Want to try it first? Use the free fair-housing checker. It's a helpful check, not legal advice.
