How do I delete a listing or my account?

To delete a listing, open it and use “Delete this listing” at the foot of the Details tab. The listing's agent, a team owner or a coordinator can do this, but not while a kit is being made.

Deleting removes the photos, kit, listing website, Original Photos page, presentation and seller updates for good. Leads, CMAs and your activity history are kept, and credits and listings already used still count. This can't be undone.

To close your whole account, contact us. We delete your content within 30 days, and from backups within a further 90 days.
