Who owns my photos and listing content?

You do. You keep ownership of everything you upload and the outputs Trulisted makes from it. You give us a licence to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, including sending it to our AI providers for processing.

• ✓We don't use your photos or listings to train our own AI models.
• ✓We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• ✓We don't use your content to advertise Trulisted without your permission.
• ✓We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

You need the rights to what you upload, such as a photographer's licence that allows edits and the seller's permission to market the home.
