Your account, listings and files are stored in Canada; AI processing happens in the US, and cinematic video in Singapore. Our database and file storage are in Montréal, the website is hosted in Montréal with a global edge network, and photos and videos are processed on servers in Toronto.
Some providers process data outside Canada:
- AI text and image editing (Anthropic and Google): United States
- Cinematic video scenes (Kling), only if you use them: Singapore
- Payments (Stripe): Canada, the United States and others
- Email, error reports and map services: the United States and global
While data is outside Canada, the authorities there may be able to access it under local laws. We send each provider only what its task needs.
