How the Group price works
The Group plan is CA$37 (US$27) a month per agent, plus tax. It's monthly only, with no setup fee. Each agent pays for their own account and can cancel any time. The brokerage and the team lead don't pay for agents, and they don't earn any fee, referral fee or credits.
- A team needs 2 or more agents, and a brokerage needs 5 or more.
- The more of your agents pay the Group price, the bigger everyone's discount. Today there's no discount up to 4 paying agents, 5% at 5 to 15, 10% at 16 to 30 and 15% at 31 or more; the current levels are always on the Group request page.
- We count once a month. A bigger discount starts with each agent's next payment.
- A smaller one only comes after 2 monthly checks below a level, and we email everyone 30 days before it changes.
- Agents on a monthly or yearly Starter or Pro plan keep it until the current period ends, then move to the Group price.
- Agents on the free listing or One Listing can start the Group price right away.
A manager view that respects agents' privacy
Managers are the managing brokers or team leaders that Trulisted adds to your Group. They see the My Group page: how many agents are linked and how many were active this month. A table shows each agent's name, email, new listings and credits used for the month, and you can pick any month to look back. Agents' leads, clients and messages stay private to them.
The same compliance for every agent
Every agent works under the same safeguards. AI-edited photos are labelled and the originals published. Copy is checked against the base wording rules, plus the draft rules for each agent's province or state where there are any (BC, Alberta, Ontario and California, in review). The brokerage name and Personal Real Estate Corporation wording come from each brand kit and appear on every ad. The same checks run on every listing in the office, whoever made it, and each agent still reviews their own ads.

They join from the Group's link with the account they have. An agent on a monthly or yearly Starter or Pro plan keeps it until the current period ends, then moves to the Group price. An agent on the free listing or One Listing can start the Group price right away.
How many credits does each agent get?
20 a month per agent, for AI photo edits such as staging, twilight, Blue sky, declutter, renovation concepts and cinematic scenes. Packs of 10, 25, 50 or 100 credits are there if an agent needs more.
