Real estate marketing in your clients' language

Many of your buyers and sellers read another language first. Trulisted makes your listing marketing in English plus one more language, or in that language only: the copy, captions, social images, flyer and reel. Your English copy is always written and checked first, and it's the one for the MLS®.

Which languages Trulisted writes in

English plus one of these, or one of these on its own:

  • Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, Gurmukhi)
  • Spanish (Español), beta
  • French (Français, Canadian), beta
  • Tagalog, beta
  • Chinese: Simplified (简体中文) for Mandarin readers, or Traditional (繁體中文) with Hong Kong and Canadian real-estate words, beta
  • Korean (한국어), beta
  • Persian (فارسی, Farsi), written right to left, beta

What gets translated

The listing headline, description, bullets and open-house text; the Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn captions; the words on your social posts, carousel and stories; the flyer; and, if you tick it, a second reel. Prices, addresses, names, phone numbers and your brokerage stay exactly as they are. Persian, Arabic and Urdu read right to left, so their text lines up on the right, while your photos, logo and headshot stay where they always are.

Translating doesn't use credits, and neither does Remake after you fix a word.

Your words, and how wrong words get fixed

Add up to 30 of your own preferred translations in “Your words” (for example den = estudio), and they're used in every translation for you. The fixed words drawn on the images, such as “Just listed” and room names, come from word lists our team keeps. If one is wrong, press “Report a wrong word” on any output. Once it's fixed, it's fixed for everyone.

Languages marked beta have word lists that haven't been checked by a native-speaking agent yet. Punjabi has been checked.

You check every translation

Translations are made by AI from your checked English. Before you turn a language on, you agree to read every translated word before you use it, and that you're responsible for what you publish. Use the English copy on the MLS®, and check your board's and province's or state's rules on advertising in other languages. In Quebec, French has its own advertising rules.

// COMPLIANCE

Built to help you follow the rules

The English copy is always written first and passes the fair-housing wording check, and translations are made from it. You agree to check every translated word before turning a language on, and every translated output says it's an AI translation. Disclosure labels on edited photos stay in place in every language.

// FAQ

Languages: questions agents ask

Can I make my listing flyer in Punjabi, Chinese or Spanish?

Yes. Choose the language in your brand kit or on the Create tab, and the flyer, posts, captions and an optional reel are made in it, with your English copy for the MLS®.

Can I market in two languages at once?

English plus one more. You can also choose one other language only. Two non-English languages at once aren't offered.

Does translation cost credits?

No. Translating your kit and remaking it after you fix a word don't use credits.

Is the translation checked?

It's made by AI from your checked English, and you agree to read every word before you use it. Fixed words on images come from word lists our team keeps, and you can report a wrong word on any output.

Do Persian, Arabic and Urdu work right to left?

Yes. Persian, Arabic and Urdu text lines up on the right and reads right to left on posts, the flyer and the reel, and the text boxes in the app write from the right. Prices and addresses stay in ordinary digits.
